Just follow the 6 steps below and we'll do the rest for you!
The first step to selling your vehicle at auction is to determine what it's worth.
To receive an accurate valuation you will need to bring your vehicle to your closest ManheimFowles location (excluding viewing and auction days). The vehicle evaluation is free.
A ManheimFowles staff member will inspect the vehicle, recommend a reserve price and provide you with advice on how to get the best resale value at auction.
In order to sell your vehicle at auction you are required to show proof of ownership.
You can do this by providing the following:
You will be requested to complete a Sales Agreement Form to authorise the sale of your vehicle. The form includes details such as your name, contact details, registration number and your reserve price.
ManheimFowles provides guaranteed title on vehicles sold at auction.
Log books, mechanical repair receipts and vehicle history details will assist in reassuring the buyer they are purchasing a quality vehicle.
Please provide all vehicle history information and all sets of keys to a ManheimFowles Sales Executive.
You will need to be contactable (either by phone or in person) during the auction so that the Auctioneer can refer any bids to you.
A ManheimFowles Sales Executive will contact you with your vehicle's auction result.
After your vehicle has been sold you will be posted a cheque in the mail within 7 to 14 days of the sale date. The cheque will be drawn for the full sale amount less any fees owing to ManheimFowles (eg, selling fee, entry fee, detailing fee).
Please contact us for full information on fees applying to auctions.
